Slam Bench: Path of Exile 2 crafting simulator and planner

Paste a Path of Exile 2 item or a Path of Building code and see every modifier that can be added, what each currency does, step-by-step craft plans with honest odds and live prices. Slam Bench also links to the PoE 2 Build Budget, which compares the same build from different creators.

How much does a PoE 2 build cost?

Open Build Budget, paste a Path of Building code or a build link, press START, and every item of the build is priced on the official Path of Exile 2 trade site. A full build of about fifteen items takes around a minute and a half.

How to price a build in four steps

  1. Open Build Budget and paste a Path of Building code, or a link from pobb.in, pastebin, poe.ninja, Maxroll or Mobalytics.
  2. Press Compare Builds. Each build appears with its gear, skills and numbers.
  3. Press START under the build. Prices appear on every item as they are found.
  4. Hover an item to read what was searched, or click it to change which modifiers are searched.

How the prices are found

Every item is searched on the official trade site by its class (a ring, a helmet) and its own modifiers, never by one exact base, so the search does not narrow itself to nothing. A unique is searched by its name. The search runs in up to three rounds, and the colour of the price tells you which round found it:

  • Yellow: every modifier at 75% of its value. The most exact price.
  • Blue: every modifier, any value. Used when nothing matched the first round.
  • Beige: any one fewer modifier than the item has. A looser, approximate price.

Reading the numbers honestly

  • The price shown is the cheapest listing the search found, not a guaranteed sale price.
  • A guide lists ranges, not rolls, so a rare in a guide is searched by which modifiers it has. Treat beige and blue prices as estimates.
  • A unique with variants (for example a charm with several versions) is searched with its own variant, because versions of one unique can differ many times over in price.
  • Prices come from your own browser through the Build Helper Trade extension, so the limits of the trade site apply to you alone. Without the extension, a shared "On site" mode is available, slower.
